Il est encore une fois le lien serré entre Hard rock, Pop, Disco, et Dance, la transition entre un Pat Benatar et un Alphaville ! Quelle joie pour le DJ à l'époque...

La vidéo de l'époque fait penser à Mylène Farmer, un clip très hot que je ne me souviens pas d'avoir vu à l'époque... La new-yorkaise a en fait repris "Self Control" d'un artiste italien RAF, qui a lui aussi connu un certain succés avec ce titre. Elle a connu son heure de gloire, elle est décédée en 2004 d'une rupture d'anévrisme.
